Meeting was called to order by Robert Brown at 7:05 pm.

Clubs in attendance included AFW, ATX, Bass Club of Fort Worth, Big Sandy Creek, Cen-Tex, Alvarado Bass Club, HOT Bass Assassins, Mansfield, Oilmen's Sportsman (soon to be DFW Wildcatters Bass Club), Tarrant Christian, Temple Bass Chasers, North Texas Bass Anglers, and Austin Reel Bass Club.

The Treasury was presented by Robert and was printed on the back of the agenda.  There were no objections to the treasury report.  Balance: $2,293.81.

Robert briefly reviewed the regional tournament from LBJ on Sept 23-25 where Les Kennedy became our regional representative.

Robert asked Mark Peevey to briefly inform the representatives on the success of the "Take a Marine Fishing" activity sponsored by ATX Oct 21.

Robert reminded the representatives of the new URL for Texas BASS Federation Nation message board as defined in the agenda.

Shane Sinclair was not present, so Robert reviewed the youth items on the agenda.

Mark Jarvis discussed the grant initiative led by Cen-Tex Bass Hunters on applying native vegetation to Stillhouse and Belton.  Members of Cen-Tex provided more details.  This was truly a collaborative effort between multiple clubs within the region, the local, state, and national conservation directors.  Robert challenged the clubs in Austin and metroplex to band together and apply for a project.  Charles Harkless suggested a better result on sale of raffle tickets for the Skeeter boat package may allow more funds to be available for youth/conservation.

Charles Harkless indicated Ray Scott's Celebration Tour has been delayed due to schedule conflicts.  Robert encouraged representatives to let us know if they have venues available in FW or Austin that would seat 1000 for this event when it does occur.

HOT Bass Assassins and Mansfield BassMasters will be our regional representatives at the Bass Club World Championship Region 6 event at Achafalaya Basin LA in March 2007.

2007 dues were discussed.  Charles indicated national dues can be paid through the website.  Club pres or sec must log in, validate existing and new members, print out an invoice, and send $20 in to nationals.  Please use the same invoice to send $18 to Ginger for state dues.
