Host Club Duties

For each regional trail tournament a host club(s) will be designated to assist in the tournament activities.  The duties governing this activity is as follows:

It is the responsibility of the Club President or his representative to communicate to the Region Director or Region Tournament Director confirmation that specific club members will be present for assignments in the upcoming tournament.
