- 2010 STX Championship Tournament Qualifiers
Twenty-six anglers fished at least four tournaments to qualify for the South Region championship on Amistad in October 2010. Jimmy Johnson again ended the regular tournament trail as the top angler. See Qualifiers
- Robert Thomas Wins Final Qualifying Tournament on Choke
Twenty-five anglers competed on Choke Canyon in the sixth and final qualifying event of the 2010 STX tournament trail. Robert Thomas's tournament-imposed three bass limit weighing 12.52 pounds won the event. See Results | See Standings
- Tim Griffin Wins 2009 STX Championship
The 2009 South Texas region championship was held on Falcon Lake, October 24th and 25th. Tim Griffin emerged the Champion. See Results
