2007 Championship - Amistad
Forrest Wilson is our champion and will be representing us in the CENTRAL DIVISIONAL next year.
Forrest was a non-boater this time so that should be a lesson to us to keep an open mind. I believe this is the second time in the last four years a non-boater has been the champion. Ted Sprencel won a few years ago from the back as well.
We had some good money in the Calcutta. Charles Whited bought Forrest for $110 and the pay off was $1390. Second Tony Chance bought himself for $50 and the payoff was $834 (we should have not let him buy himself that
cheap). Third Derick Kuyrkendall bought Jimmy Johnson for $300 and the payoff was $556.
If you guys would drop Ron Castle a line and thank him for all the work he has done behind the scene. I thank him but it doesn't seem to be adequate.
