I've lived in the Dallas area most of my life with the exception of my four years in high school when I lived in San Antonio attending St. Anthony's H.S. After high school I attended classes at Brookhaven C.C. where I decided full time employment would challenge me more. So far I've been right. It has been more challenging. I work for a Seattle based bank as a Training Delivery Supervisor responsible for the Houston, Tx area. I've been in banking for 17 years and have been very fortunate to have developed very close friendships while pursuing my career in banking.

My wife Kim and I have been happily married for 10 years (March '06) and we are the proud servants of our Lab, Sadie, and Sadie's cat, Junior. Kim is a high school teacher/ coordinator in the Garland ISD and I am her biggest fan. Some of you may remember the weekend Kim and I got married. It was one of the coldest couple of days on record in Dallas and was the weekend Mega Bucks was held on White Rock Lake. Guess where I was just before the wedding? That's right on the shores of White Rock watching the tournament. She's still very proud of me for that one.

My love for fishing began when I was very young. My Dad and Grandfathers got me started with anything that would bite and I've been hooked ever since. To this day it doesn't matter what I catch I still get excited about catching fish. I began fishing tournaments in May of '99 with Century Bass Club and I have since served as V.P. / Tournament Director in 2000 and 2003 through this season. Being a member of Century Bass Club has allowed me to learn from some of the best fisherman and people in the state. Again, I've been very fortunate to have developed very close friendships and mentors through my association with Century. It has also allowed me to fish with the North East Federation and again learn from some of the best in the state. I've been a member of the Texas Federation since 2000 and I am a Life Member of B.A.S.S.
